Ogden

2 Red Breasted Mergansers today at Ogden - turned up during heavy rain at around 11 am - still there at 4 pm. I think there might be some better pictures to follow ! Stand by!

Also 3 Wigeon there and 7 Siskin this morning, a Chiff-chaff and Great-spotted Woodpecker near the duck feeding area. Also 6 Swallows still around.

Thanks for giving me the incentive this week Brian - with the text on the Redwing movement over Queensbury - it just spurred me on!

Well done Darrell 146 is a fantastic total and still 3 months to go! Calderdale not so bad after all - just hard work sometimes. I think there are one or two hot on your trail - not me though, must have a count up sometime.
