Soil Hill

14.30 - 15.30

1 Peregrine flew north.
2 wheatears.
several mipits and two twite flew west.
Gull movement west with several dozen BHG, 1 common and 1 LBB.
2 juv pied wags being fed by mum.
A large dark raptor drifted east between Thornton and Yeadon - very high, not identified!

No, it was a very long way off, I lost it a few times (it drifted into cloud base). It just appeared dark, broad wings, occasional slow wing beat. Too far away to see any markings, I could not even see the tail length clearly!

There was a Marsh harrier at leeshaw the same day.????
