Bradshaw

whilst walking home today i noticed 3 waders fly out of the grass opposite the bradshaw tavern. as you may know it is rather boggy and horrible on that side of the road. i only saw them fly away and they flew much like waders

More than likely Snipe, big question is they they fly far or did they drop in again shortly after you flushed them (by that I mean within a few hundred yards probably sooner?) Although the fact you flushed 3 suggests Snipe over Jack Snipe

they just kept on flying once they had gone. they flew quite close to the ground too
