Peregrine at EGP

At 1350 today a female Peregrine flew towards the Ski Lake from Rastrick side setting up all the Gulls. It did one circuit then headed off towards Cromwell Wood, and this tallies with Jimtoms sighting on Mon. 2 Mute Swans on river at Bridge End,Brighouse and further up river are 11 Tufted, 7 Goosander and 4 Little Grebe. I have seen the Water Rail on last Fri and Sat by the weir near Cromwell House.

Her crop was very full and made no attempt to have a go at all the birds she put up.On the subject af apples I bought 5x1kg bags of coxes at Lidl in Hudds for 79p per bag,a bargain.

Hi Andrew. The footage is in total darkness and the Peregrines nest on the Cathedral not the Woodcock, the composition of my comment is atrocious, apologies to all.
