Yesterday morning from home up Edge Hey lane and down to Lower Gorple and back along Widdop Rd produced literally thousands of Mipits, 2 Little Owls (1 on Edge Hey lane, the other near the Pack Horse Inn), 2 Spotted Flys near the house just past the Pack Horse and the Buzzard close to Clough Car Park. No Waders despite Lower Gorple being as low as I have ever seen it!
