I reckon you've been watching Chris & Kate!
The news was mentioned by Chris Packham last night on Autumwatch
Ah, I see, sorry don't do much telly, I got my info from Mark Thomas (RSPB)
We just need the fog to lift! Apologies for incorrect spelling of Autumnwatch which featured amongst other things a really interesting piece on Peregrines in urban areas and the fact that they have been seen on camera bringing prey back to the nest at night.
They certainly have a catholic diet, prey items included Woodcock, various waders, Teal & Ring-necked Parakeet amongst other things.
Waders migrating at night were clearly a favourite target!
