Pigs on the wing(Part 1)

A classic Woodpig morning at Northowram with clear blue skies and excellent visability.

Other birds of note apart from a Skua species which eluded id .. I was going with juv dark phase Pom and I see no reason on refering to books that it was'nt this species.but the view was all too brief (drat)??

Nice allusion to the Pink Floyd track Andy! Busy piggy morning for you.
I had a large skein of Pinkies (geese not pigs) over my house at about 9:00 going East so as I'm almost due West of you they're probably the same ones that went over you.

Great record Andy as well to get a Skua sp..and so frustrating when they can't be pinned down. I wonder how many go over that we miss altogether?
