Cromwell Bottom Car Park

Just popped into the Cromwell Car Park to see if there were any Redpoll and got a cracking visit from a Nuthatch.  There were also 104 Canada Geese in the field by the Skiing Lake plus all the normal Tits

Well done to whoever is the photographer in the household, absolutely brilliant close-ups of a very difficult species to photograph as a rule, as I find they vary rarely sit still for more than a second or two!

Were you using your vehicle as a hide incidentally?

Hi Dave
Yes we were sat in the car and waited till it came into the bushes by the feeder. As you say , they are not very obliging as a general rule. I was pretty lucky .
