The Mipits are late returning to the hills this year. Only 2 seen round by us Dave.

Give it a week or so and we won't be able to move without tripping over 'em (I sincerely hope so anyway).

By the way - did you see the outcome of the Sprawk vs Skylark race, or did they disappear before the finishing line was in view :-)

I'm ready Dave but not expecting any for a few days yet given previous years. I've been looking for Mipits and Kestrels really, but they and (other raptors) have been hard to come by up to press.

A couple of Meadow Pipits up on the edge of Midgley Moor yesterday, seed put down in the usual spot over here in the hope we get some returning Twite.
