Swales Moor

This mornings surprise was a Woodcock flushed on the top late morning on the landfill, it flew around twice before going down again further away on the same landfill site. Still around 20 Skylarks there with some singing, others are probably still wintering birds. c30 Meadow Pipits and 18 Linnet but no sign of any Twite. 1 L B B Gull going north. Ploughcroft - 2 Kestrels, 2 Sparrowhawks and 1 Little Owl
