Recent bits

According to the quick mobile phone photo I managed to grab, upwards of 320 pinks footed geese flew west over Jumble Hole at 2pm today.
A pair of goosander landed on the canal in central Hebden Bridge by the marina later on - the first I've seen there.
16 species so far this week on the feeders, the most regular being 2m & 1f bullfinch. A new species for the feeders this winter.

We usually get a pair of Bullfinch on the feeders when it snows but they haven't been in yet. Maybe your feeders are more appealing than ours this year!
