Ryburn Valley and Ryburn Res'r

Checking a few Rookeries today - AND - found a new one for the list though it looked a long established site in among a large newish housing development. Thank goodness the developers left the trees in the middle of the site - or perhaps thanks go to the Planners - I wonder ? At least 24 active nests so that was a real bonus.
1 Dipper
2 Grey Wagtails
2 Cormorants (juveniles)
2 Nuthatch
1 Canada Goose on a nest on top of a small cliff - precarious!
1 Willow Warbler singing
2 Chiff-chaff
1 Treecreeper
2 Small Tortoiseshell butterfly's
