Eastwood sewage works
92 pied wagtails were on and near the filter beds, with 2 grey wags and 2 meadow pipits. Up to 200 black headed gulls are present most days. A pair of goosander were on the canal (a neighbour reported 5 males and 3 females in the same area last week). A kingfisher was heard on the river, but not seen.

A good count of wagtails. Must try check High Royd sometime as there could be a good few there IF it can be viewed through the trees !
